The Code of Business Conduct is a guide to the principles governing behavior in applying corporate values (IPC). This Code of Conduct is expected to be an aspiration for the IPC employees to achieve the vision and mission of IPC. The Code of Business Conduct of IPC is built on a strong foundation of vision, mission, values and good governance principles in running the IPC business activities. This Code of Ethics applies to all IPC employees, Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and all IPC employees.

This Code of Business Conduct will assist IPC employees in addressing ethical issues or potential dilemmas encountered in work. In accordance with the IPC vision, “Being a Superior World Class Port Manager in Operations and Services”, it is expected to be achieved with the application of this Code of Business Ethics, regardless of its role, function, or geographic location.
