Board Manual is a guidance for Board of Director and Board of Commissioners members which explains the stages of activity in a structured, systematic, easy to understand, and can be run with a consistent, so it can be a reference for the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners members in carrying out their respective duties to achieve the vision and mission of the company.
